FWIW - I got the same part Charlie bought. Prior to installing, figured I would try adjusting the OEM part first. Did that, started truck and saw the headlights adjust lower. Have not been flashed since so maybe it’s good enough. Not the ideal test but they are now lower.
I spoke too soon. Started getting flashed again a week or two later after the OEM adjustment.

A few days ago, I removed existing lower arm (10 mm on nuts, upper backing nut was 9 mm and lower backing nut was 8 mm?
Installed the carb arm (what Charlie posted above). Measured length from center pivot to pivot around 3.54" apart. Installed at bottom of the factory slot.
No more flashes so far.....

I made one with parts from ACE Hardware.
I adjusted the lights using the wall method to about 40” high from about 15’.

No flashes. But my auto high beam is super wonky.

Goes highbeam even with cars all around. Won’t go high beam when dark. And also does the exact opposite at times and functions just fine.

Anyone have the same issue?

I thought the TJM part was coming in? Any updates? The other thing is our trucks are fairly tall stock and the headlights especially on the later models are really bright so I think some of the flashing is just mistaken. Drove my 03 100 the other day and the headlights on it are terrible.

Updates on this part? Did it work?
Yes, The weber carb linkage worked great. The only negative is that it is sae hardware not metric. I added some stainless washers.

When I installed the part, I observed that my factory arm was at the bottom of the slot in the factory lower mount. It looked like it had another inch of range thst could be used for adjustment before trying the aftermarket piece.

I guess nothing ever became of the TJM part they said they were shipping over? Been several months now.

Just make one. Or buy the carb adjustment arm. There is literally nothing special about the TJM one except you’ll pay more.

One question I had was has anyone had issues with the auto high beam post install of TJM or equivalent? It’s a silly feature but my auto hibeam is all over the place. Won’t trigger on a dark street. Yet flicks on the high beams while on the fwy.

I've been hearing mumblings about TJM not doing much of anything at all lately, noticed Slee isn't selling/restocking their stuff anymore either, maybe they are going out of business or quitting the US market?!

The last contact I had with someone at TJM was that the cargo ship was due to arrive at port in late March. I ended up using the Weber linkage, but I’ll shoot off an email to see if they say anything

FWIW - I put on a 0" rear/~1" front King suspension a few months back which leveled the truck. I don't drive the truck much so it took awhile before I had it out at night and remembered that I needed to do this adjustment. In my case I just took my right angle grinder with a small carbide bit and enlarged the slot up may 1/2". That gave me plenty of extra adjustment for my minimal front only lift. I verified using the Daniel Stern directions that I posted up previously.

How do we purchase? I went onto the TJM USA website but don't see a way to buy.
I was able to purchase one by calling tjmusa.com directly. You can also create an account on that site if you prefer but will still need to call them with your credit card. It was $57.57 shipped to Michigan. Maybe not the cheapest solution, but it’s turnkey!

From their website:

Make sure you actually check the aim after installing the new linkage. I tried the carb version with about the same specs and even fully shortened it came out too low for my lift. So I just extended the slot.
