Lots of weirdos out on the road.....

So yesterday I took the family out to Flushing for some Dim Sum :)

Afterwards, getting out of the parking lot was a usual pita (place is ALWAYS overcrowded)

On the way home, we noticed the driver of a white Toyota Sienna that was ahead of us for most of the journey get out at a stop light, circle the vehicle, touch a lamp post and get back in :hhmm:

At first, we figured he just got out to pass gas or sumthin, but then he did it again at the next light :confused:

I soon realized this guy was doing a casual 1 man Chinese Fire Drill of some sort :meh:

Went back on my dash cam footage and found that he did it twice before we even noticed it (like wtf)



(Note I grabbed the footage off the HU using a smart phone, which is why you here us talkin)
 
Maybe he was putting up "lost dog" fliers.

Maybe he is having a garage sale this weekend.

Ha, now that I'm on a PC and can watch the video he definitely wasn't hitting crosswalk buttons. I initially just saw your comments but couldn't see the video since I was on my phone.

Pretty funny...very weird.
 
So, earlier today I went to Best Buy with the Mrs. and waited for her outside as I had no desire to shop during the holidays

As I'm sitting in my truck, I overheard a couple of guys walking toward it, talking about my fog lights

One guy walks up to my front bumper and started fondling them, saying sumthin like "yeah, it's 9inch injectors"

He was startled when he noticed I was sitting there staring him right in the face the whole time and then he just kept on truckin

So today I decided to swap out my old sub boxes for a dual 10 down fire enclosure :cool:

The old ones sounded great, but took up too much usable space, especially when I had to fold the seats down cause I risked poking out a sub when I threw junk back there :oops:

Been wanting to put a downfire enclosure in there for a while, but was too lazy to fire up the table saw and make one :redface:

So I started looking into pre-fabbed boxes and found that this one for a Honda Ridgeline fits perfectly :clap:

The volume is a little smaller than what my subs need (.65 vs .8), so I stuffed each chamber poly fil :meh:

Need to adjust the gains a bit since they suck up a little more power now, but so far it sounds pretty good :cool:

Now I can throw crap back there and not worry about wrecking my subs :)
