Well that was easy, and free.
If you decide you want 33s on both and a road trip I’ll make you a sweet deal on my 33s.

I keep looking at the map as if it'll change.
Do FJ62s use the same switch blanks as 60s? If so, I have something I can send you. It's like this but with a single voltmeter. I took that one out and made the double meter one you see here when I went to dual batteries. The single voltmeter one is just laying around.Small upgrade but a nice little monitor for charging and general battery health.

I think the 62 blanks might be more rectangular, you can see one to the left of the plug in my pic. I'll look into it though, thanks.Do FJ62s use the same switch blanks as 60s? “Please, take my trash for free. I promise you’ll love it.”Hell of a salesman.

As an aside, love that you used green. Night vision is important and too many people use blue or daylight white. You'll notice mine is red.
A write up on this would be awesome !!@RevISK Yeah I think on second thought I recall the switch sizes being different as well. Bummer.
@zeeklafreek you can have it but honestly it’s not super well made. Just letting you know that up front. I extracted the PC board and display from one of those cheap round voltmeters that are all over Amazon, stuffed it into a piece of dense foam with a slit cut in it, and then jammed the foam into the switch blank. The hole I cut for the display in the switch blank is close, but if you really look it’s not perfect. Sometimes the foam piece sags and the display shifts. It’s not my finest work, but it got the job done!
This is the double voltmeter here, but the construction is the same. I REALLY understand if you pass haha.

I mean … not a whole lot to it. Get one of those cheap round USB charger/voltmeters off Amazon, dremel the case open, rip out the PC board, cut off the USB sockets. Get some foam, cut a slot in it, and make it look like the photo below. Pull + and - wires from wherever, hook it up. Done. There is a trick to the dual voltmeter though - it wants to stay on all the time so you have to remove one diode.A write up on this would be awesome !!

This always felt like REALLY dirtbag-level work though. Not my most elegant solution. For a minute I was looking for the tiny LCD display but never found one. I could CAD the circuit and design PC boards so it would be a little more finessed. That would let me figure out a better mounting solution too. Just never really got very far with it because my crappy solution keeps working.
That is pretty slick!Small upgrade but a nice little monitor for charging and general battery health.
