I volunteered my wife to lead Friday so we'll see ya there! Should be interesting!

@bluecruiser Should I have the Ladies run on my Sched if my wife's the leader for that day? I don't want to soak up a slot that could go to anyone else.

No need to sign up for it. Let me see if I can add to your Sched. I’m not the technology guy. Haha

First time to Colorado. I bought my first 40 my sophomore year of high school back in 1989. Just curious if I picked at good mix of trails to take in the full experience.
I think it's a good mix. The only one I would add if you couldn't do one of the others would be Alpine Loop. It's a long day and covers a lot of miles but it's very scenic.

Which of these trails are inadvisable without a an experienced trail guide? I understand the Poughkeepsie Gulch is not for stock trucks and Black Bear Pass is challenging but how about the others?

Asking, in case I don't get a spot and try to explore some of these trails on my own at another time.

You named the only 2 I can think of where a guide/spotter would be good. First time I did these trails, I did them solo. I did not find them difficult at all. The views can cause a little "pucker" though.

Black Bear is actually very easy....until the Steps. Then, it's good to be with someone who knows the lines. Take it slow and it's completely manageable.

Looks like a great lineup, I'll be with you on Imogene on Thursday (w/ 9 year old son and 11 year old daughter)
9 year old daughter and 6 year old son with us. Is it worth lugging their bikes there for them to ride around camp? Or is it not worth the trouble?

I've already changed my selections a few times...too many trails and trail leaders I want to get in on! I think I am going to tag along with you @geanes. Does any of the stuff you are doing beforehand require anything special like lockers? I rolling 33's a Tough Dog lift and sliders. Sounds like a good time to explore some parts of the state I haven't had the opportunity to see!

It doesn’t appear I can sign up for the BBQ and movie night. Am I missing something?

I'm also on 33"s and ToughDog with sliders and no lockers. I pick trails and lines that are non-locker friendly :)

@atnolan94 are we on any trails together?? Someone needs to make sure i don’t loose all my stuff again!

Yes we have a couple together. I’ll be there to constantly remind you to make sure you have your wallet!!

is there a waitlist for trails that are full or do you just have to monitor the website and refresh to find out if one has opening

While it would be nice to have them, I didn't bring the bikes in 2017 and don't plan to this year. If I wasn't travelling so far, I'd likely reconsider since there were kids riding around camp.

I may look into renting bikes during a day trip to Telluride, but am just tossing ideas around at this point. I have to add some stuff that the kids want to do so I'm also considering hiking, white water rafting, or climbing trips while we're out there.
