There's an accident reported though.
It looks like from the dealer's website pictures that the front bumper cover was resprayed. It also appears to have a new looking drivers side headlight.
If the accident was not to the structural level, this might be a good buy for someone.

So are the rusted bolts all over the front of the engine bay in the last shot a sign you need to really inspect under it?

Looks like the brake booster pump is rusted too. I'd bet the underside looks the same.
