There are several models, and I know a lot of guys run the double pass with 1/4 npt and no issues, but I like the 3/8 opening and asingle pass, less restrictions....might be irrelevant and remnants of my Chevy days, but fluid starvation is a pump killer.

But I still used the same bracket the Noah has, some thing are just faster and easier to buy per made. I also think 1/4" would be over kill for that application.

You are working on a vehicle that Toyota went overkill on. Go over kill or go home….. Hey, I don’t have that nice Hypertherm storage case. Didn’t know they existed.

Its funny how things work out, I had some free time today and thought I would get a ton done, but now that Im inside on the computer and think back about what I actually did, where did the time go?
That looks like 2, maybe 3 hours of work to me, but alas, it was 5!!!
- Got out my tools, setup the work bench outside, ran power, etc...
- Removed and replaced steering box
- Removed and replaced reservoir (and made a little bracket)
- Cut down and welded the hydro ram bracket
- Figured out where and how I want to mount my cooler and made a little bracket
That looks like 2, maybe 3 hours of work to me, but alas, it was 5!!!

Now that I think about it a bit more, I think I lost a lot of time measuring, thinking, contemplating, planning, and then remeasuring because I forgot to write anything done...bwahahaha. Also, I spent some time making arrangements to get a friend for this guy.

What size is the fitting according to the paperwork in the box? 3/8 npt to 3/8 barb
I wanted to use 90 degree fittings, so got 3/8 npt to 3/8 barb
