3/16 is over kill for that bracket !!You are working ion a vehicle that Toyota went overkill on. Go over kill or go home….. Hey, I don’t have that nice Hypertherm storage case. Didn’t know they existed.
Everything takes me 3 days to doIts funny how things work out, I had some free time today and thought I would get a ton done, but now that Im inside on the computer and think back about what I actually did, where did the time go?
- Got out my tools, setup the work bench outside, ran power, etc...
- Removed and replaced steering box
- Removed and replaced reservoir (and made a little bracket)
- Cut down and welded the hydro ram bracket
- Figured out where and how I want to mount my cooler and made a little bracket
That looks like 2, maybe 3 hours of work to me, but alas, it was 5!!!

I wanted to use 90 degree fittings, so got 3/8 npt to 3/8 barb
