First time poster here. I absolutely love this forum. I have been a long time Miata fanatic and use the Miata Forum extensively and I must say I think this forum is even better. I bought at an '91 FJ80 8-9 years ago. I bought it because my now ex-wife wanted it and it seemed to make sense at that time. For me it was not love at first sight. About a year or two after we bought it my teenage daughter was driving it and rearended and totaled an Acura. The Bruiser survived remarkably well but due to pending divorce and work the Bruiser sat for about 6 years in a field.

This summer I got the bug to get it running again. I couldn't have done it without this forum. I have found a solution for every issue I have had or still need to fix.

Looks similar to mine that I just bought and drove 1100 miles home. Also with 315's, snorkel, and ARB bumper.

It was smooth enough. As luck would have it, my PHH went the day after I got it home. I can't believe it held out for the 1100 miles and didn't leave me stranded out in the middle of nowhere 500 miles from home.
