Ahh.Thanks. I did read the previous posts that required additional modification to OEM bumpers. Been waiting around for a bit, but maybe I should just consider going aftermarket winch-ready bumper. Was trying to save some weight and have a winch sitting around.

Or, if you really wanted the hidden OEM look, just source a 95-97 bumper.

I think that product development is unlikely. It’s just a matter of real estate - There is not enough room behind the 1991 to 1994 bumper for a winch.

I am cheating and using my OEM winch bumper with a Warn Zeon 12S. I am going to try to re-use my Yankum hawse fairlead.

Oh ok nice! Do you have the oem cover plate too? That’s slick.

I installed the TT HWM in my 100 bumper so am a little familiar with the process but the 450 metal bumper seems to be another level.

For the 100 I mounted the plate and placed the plastic bumper on while reaching under with a sharpie to mark the fairlead holes. Then I removed the bumper and traced the fairlead onto the plastic using fairlead holes as a guide. The curvature of the 100 plastic meant I had to cut and test fit a few times until the hole was adequate.

Fingers crossed the 450 bumper fairlead location is flat, it appears to be mostly. Haven’t messed with it yet, winch is still in the mail.

Thx! Yes, I have the cover. I just need to spend some time doing mock-up to make sure everything is going to work.

Then I need to buy the Warn winch and wire it up.
