This is been on the To Do list for A WHILE. Sorry for the delay on this but it has been insanely busy for me. We make HWMs for the 100, LX470, GX470, LX570 early and 200 Series early and late with nearly 400 units in the field worldwide.
These will be made from laser cut 1/4" HSLA steel and CNC bent. Fully welded and come with fairlead spacers for those that want the fairlead away for the bumper face as shown (different folks for diiferent strokes)
I'll be making three small changes and then these head to the laser cutter for production. 1) lower the winch approx. 1/2" to operate the clutch handle more easily, 2) Full surround on fairlead and 3) underside cross winch plate brackets for extra support and more strength.
Pending laser cutter time these will be available in 2-4 weeks powder coated with hardware.
Sorry about the "donor" 80... It is a Carr Fire rescue and we I use for R&D.
Next up......to set my front and rear bumper jigs and to release the rear tire and jerry can carrier arms to use with the stock rear bumper.
