Got back last night.

Prepped the bottom of the tub and got 2 coats of Chassis Saver on.

2.5" header collector arrived (well a pair... if anyone needs a new collector.. $12.00 shipped with gasket and bolts) Walker QuietFlow 3 muffler and a project heater. AND Daystar body mount kit.

1.4mm and about a 10-15% reduction. Mixed it on an 8:1 ratio.

Here are a few pics. Sorry, my camera isn't that great.. For an undercoating, it turned out nice and pretty smooth. Very little texture to collect road salts and other debris..

Great build and impressive fab skill.

I'm a big fan of 3m undercoat.
Great price and it seems to dry flexible enough to not crack. I like to buy from body shop supply stores in bulk to save $$.

I'm just patching mine together for now, so I've put 3m on the drivers side and Rubbermaid on the pass side to see which wears better. By the time I do any body work hopefully I have an answer.

you selling the hats separately? I need one stat!

Looking sweet. That is a lot of work you have accomplished, so I presume the tendonitis is under control.

I'm off the bodywork and back to building bumpers... It has calmed down considerably, but still there on some days.. Still using my twist and shout red stick..I feel it has helped me tremendously. Thanks PH

Tank is looking great!

Also, I rocked my Trail Tailor hat at Cruisin' Grand here last night in Escondido. Might have some inquiries from some early Bronco guys...

Thanks for the support!

I have a couple of early bronco guys local that I'm talking with about channel and shell style bumpers. Have them email me or let me know what they are interested in and I'll see what I can do.

Tomorrow I will get the rolling chassis out of the way. Roll it outside and tarp it up for a bit. Started building a rolling tub transport to assist with bodywork...

Will get the tub back horizontal and start on Tank again soon. Poser 60- 8274 bumper shot... HA!
