Has there been any resolution on this thread? Body is to come off the 55 next month at a local shop and I need to order new mounts.

Think the 4Runner kit from Energy Suspension will work on a 1972 FJ55? Wondering if anyone ordered it and tried it out? Thanks Tom

Unfortunately it's showing sold out. Also says it's a 4Runner kit and the lip needs to be sanded off just as @J Mack has said. You can probably find that 4Runner kit somewhere though.

Yes I saw it was sold out as well. Jmack shared the link to the 4Runner kit he got. If anyone else is playing along at home and needs the link I can repost (when I’m back at my computer). Thanks for all the input help here.

No it’s a friends rig. I hear the ‘84-85 4Runner kit is the closest match but may still need some moding to make it work.

Looks like Roger at 4Crawler.com has body mount bushings (and/or hardware) available for 55s. I recall buying a kit from him for my '85 4Runner about 20+ years ago. The "no lift" bushings are in the first column. $180 without any hardware.

I'm looking for some zero lift body mount bushings with hardware, and my brain broke trying to figure out from that website what I was ordering, exactly.
