Agreed. Assuming it’s housing the hybrid battery as GX didn’t have raised cargo area from what I recall?Looks like the rear cargo area is uniformly raised with a small storage area. Looks like the outgoing GX460 cargo area with the rear seats folded down
I truly despise barn doors.guys check out some of the early design sketchs
man if only it had barn doors..wow
To be fair this is what a lot of people said they wanted. It will be one of, if the not the most “no frills” 4x4’s on the market.Toyota listened. The base model 250 is a winning combo:
- Cloth manual seats, basic no-bulls*** interior
- Center and rear lockers
- Spartan overall aesthetic
- Hybrid power train
- $50,000 or so price point (according to Driving Sports review above)
Where did you see no center lock? The fast lane truck video it looked to have one.$55k is $10k too high for no center lock and cloth seats IMO
It has center and rear lock. No sway bar disconnect at $55k and no E-KDSS on any of them that I have seen. I agree, this is a $45k truck.$55k is $10k too high for no center lock and cloth seats IMO
Too basic for $55k.I like it! Back to the basics.
Better than 90k.Too basic for $55k.
I've still got my 80 with the third row.Better than 90k.

I thought the engine was new? Do you all suspect it is going to be capable, reliable and durable? Why?capable, reliable, and durable
