Also have these on my radar. I had the G015 on my Rubicon.

Should I drive to Golden for work from Slee or goto a shop in Loveland or Fort Collins, for the BMC.
The pilgrimage to Slee would be pretty cool, assuming you have the time and gas (don't know what your distances would be).
But again, any Toyota off road performance shop can do the BMC.
If you go to Slee, tell Christo he needs to create more GX460 products!
*******Especially need a clean dual battery setup AND will still allow the ARB dual compressor to be mounted under the hood also.
Tell them you'll leave your GX there for them to use for designing the dual battery bracket and will give you one when they're finished!!
(hope you don't mind me offering your rig up for the project...) :p

I did a lot more slipping and sliding in Cheyenne than I am used to in the snow. Maybe it's me, but I may have to get tires sooner than expected which would also mean I probably will have to wait to go with anything significantly larger. Might be able to do 285/75s and just a BMC. I could easily see another half inch of tire without it being a huge deal with how much I already moved everything else back.

After sleeping on it I am going to get a set of snows on my lexus 18s. 275/70R18 Hakkapeliittas

Currently watching coolant levels. I had to top up the new radiator and week and a half a go, then noticed my reservoir was almost empty as my birthday present. I added 50 50 mix to the overflow and will schedule an appointment if it drops anymore.

I got under it with a light and looked where I could and saw no trace of any leak. Secretly hoping that it's from a combination of altitude adjustment and the radiator replacement, or maybe the s***ty radiator cap and radiator from O'Reilly.

Just don't want to have to dump more into it right now when I am looking at dropping another pretty penny on snow tires.

Hopefully it's just "burping" air and back filling with fluid.

I am hoping for this... but will be preparing for the worst and if I am wrong I can always re-invest.

So far I have not needed to add more coolant since early last week. I drove up multiple passes over the weekend, so if it's still good by Friday I may be OK. Still planning on it needing something fiscally so I am prepared for my wallet to be pillaged. For how often I was hitting dirt in Iowa, I have been really lucky. I have done 10x the offroading that destroyed the suspension on my JKR with my GX.

Ordered the 275/70R18s from Discount. I lied and said I had a Tundra so the online order will go through

Discount doesn't allow you just order by tires size, and exclude make/model?

I did not see that option. It may have been my error. I know i had to do something similar with my MTRs

Tru Automotive in Denver is a good option as well: TruAutomotive - https://truautomotive.com/

Add parts of a Finnish origin to the grab bag on my truck. Had Nokian Hakkapeliitta LT3s put on my OEM wheels.

They are a 275/70R18 which is becoming more common. It's 33.3" tall and roughly 11" wide.

Weight in around 53lbs with E load range.

They feel good, very solid. Less flexy and airy than the Revos.

Now I have 2 rigs ready to snow wheel. 🏔

I have maybe 3/8" of clearance to the Body mount with these 275/70R18s on OEM wheels.

Discount Tire is getting me back on the road for a minimal fee.

While I was waiting for my truck I ordered a set of EBC Red Stuff pads.

I smoked my green stuff pads, quite literally, dozens of times now and they are very glazed.

I take full responsibility for this one, as the green stuff pads on Alex's 4Runner are great. Even in their glazed state, it doesn't push through the brakes at stoplights like my previous brakes did.

Front pads are such an easy swap and with all new hardware it will be a quick install.

My mistake, they were the orange stuff truck pads. Should be more appropriate for my use.

Out with the old and in with the new. Pulled out my glazed Green Stuff pads. Again totally Operator caused. Excited to see how the orange stuff pads do in the mountains

My skids are broken in.

And it looks like the truck will need to go in for a valley pan gasket replacement
