So I picked a point about 1.25 inches lower than the sensors. I then taped the f-ck out of it and put a mark every few inches where I measured down from the bumper for the rear. For the wings it gets a little weird. There are different vertical and diagnol measurements you can make, though.Ditto.
Rig looks good. Did you take any pictures or can you tell me where you trimmed the rear bumper because I desperately need to trim mine. Or maybe I can give you a call and we can talk about how you did it and give me some details.
I used a metabo grinder to rough cut and my Porter Cable mini belt sander a 2x14 one handed guy to clean it up.
Cheap door edge guard from autozone after you deburr the plastic.
Use PPE.
If you have an aversion to getting molten plastic on your arms wear long sleeves.
I use the same belt sander that one would use for cutting in cabinet panels to a wall so they match exactly. Carpentry for the win.
There are a few thjngs to watch out for. Some cabling in each corner and the actual metal part of the bumper. To tip is just watch your depth and take you time.
