2003 LX470 steering angle problem VGRS, AHC (1 Viewer)

Hi all.

Can't solve the problem with steering angle readings in VGRS and AHC. Earlier fixed VGRS intermediate shaft. Works good now and no any VGRS truble codes. Did VCS zero point calibration in accordance with Issues after new steering rack. Zero point/steering angle/VSC - https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/issues-after-new-steering-rack-zero-point-steering-angle-vsc.1313006/ and LX470 Steering Wheel Angle: Fixed -- 2003 - https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/lx470-steering-wheel-angle-fixed-2003.1256413/ and it worked. AHC shows ridiculous steering angle readings and stuck in firm mode, also Steering Pos 2 (serial) in VGRS indicates way off readings. If someone can pour some light on it i will highly appreciate it.

My vgrs intermediate shaft broke and I can’t even zeroize the steering now and all readings went to hell. So I will get back to this once I buy a new vgrs unit. I was not able to figure out where Steering Pos 2 (serial) data is coming from.
