A few pics from our hunting trip out in NW CO (near Meeker) a couple weeks ago--first "test" of any sort and the 200 handled everything flawlessly

How was sleeping in freezing temps in the RTT? I've contemplated this same setup for winter hunting.

Surprisingly not as bad as I expected--I did have a ton of condensation that was frozen the next morning, but by the time it got above freezing it aired out in an hour or so--well before I needed to go to bed again

Had a job in Albuquerque this week and took the LONG way home. What a great feeling when you pour over google maps for weeks and finally get a chance to explore some marked areas. Found some fantastic trails in Santa Fe National forest. I only had the day and a single tank fuel, so I didn't get to all the places I wanted, but I had a blast. These trails don't see many humans. Something I thought I had seen the end of. The only downside to remote untraveled trails is the amount of downed trees and washouts you encounter. I had to stop short on my main trail because it was becoming a logging expedition and all I had was my silky saw. 7 hours on the trail I saw zero humans.

I call this spot "whitewater". It's a narrow access route used by locals and also a great natural barrier to entry. Lots of "turn around" tracks on this part of the trail. I took some rear bumper damage falling off a rock shelf and lots of pin stripes. Totally worth it! Still don't have a good excuse for sliders but I see a rear bumper in my near future.

Hauling duties closing up the cabin on the Michigan shore of Lake Superior at the end of the season. DEEP snow will come soon. The LC is its usual two-tone brandywine and sand after a typically rough traverse through the dunes along an old Coast Guard access trail. The utility trailer is full of the usual camp detritus that will be going straight to the landfill.

Went to the outer banks with family for the wife’s birthday. Had to sneak in a reason to drive on the beach, so we had lunch out there one of the days. Lots of wind and passing storms, but we were able to use the LC as a wind break.
