Indeed they are -- going to be damned happy too. It's a nice truck. I hope it goes to a good home.

btt...someone is going to be very happy with that rig at that price...

If your wife has given the green light, what are you waiting for...? :D

TJK

I didn't wait. I bumped it up to the $14599 price. Now the real fun begins....

Todd, killer truck. Most of those items I have my eye on or already have for our 1995 FZJ80. Good stuff. If they pay you, take the money and run!

TRD blower: $4000
Slee sliders: $835
AC plate: 89
TC plate: 139
ARB bumper: 775
35" MTRs: $177 x 5: 885
Kaymar: 865
XD9000: 895
OME 2.5 lift: 782
Snorkel: 340
Outback rack : 1100
Optima x 2: 250
Hellas: 180
FSM: 85
GPS: 500
Uniden: 69
Flowmaster: 275
TruSpeed: 200

Total: $12,214 or so. Everything except blower and maybe the exhaust you can do yourself easily. Lotta good stuff, good ROI! Did you put on the Flowmaster mostly because of the S/C?

I'm enjoying the step-by-step sales narrative here and the one you've got going on TTORA.com too. We're all dying to see how it ends up!

Well, looks like tomorrow we will. I really hope that someone who values the truck for what it is capable of buys it. I'd hate for it to become a status symbol that never went off-road.

Jim Reiss did the supercharger (himself) and added the Flowmaster. I think he just wanted the truck to sound like a badass. :D The rocks have re-tuned it to some degree....

Mixed feelings on the sale for sure. Mostly I feel disloyal to what has been a great truck. How do I walk away from a vehicle that has taken me to so many places and never once let me down? Like I said in post #1 -- I'm an idiot....

Yeah, it'll be sad to see it pull out of the driveway in someone else's hands. But I can distract myself by wheeling the Tacoma.

Well, I just got outbid agian. It was nice to feel like the possible new owner for a few minutes there. Now I've got to talk to the wife agian.

bump... I wish my wife approve...Doubt it...

Did you buy the Tacoma yet? Why Taco over LC? Gas?

Yes -- it continues to be a serious steal (with 75 people watching).

TJK

I haven't been able to get online all day. Cara (the wife) keeps saying in that way only a wife can" you do what you think is best sweety" which translates into " I want tile and a kitchen and maybe more than one bathroom in our house" Looks like I'm out of the bidding. It was fun. Shouldn't I get a christmas card or something for bidding it up:) Good luck and happy trails

Appreciate it. Hope you find the Cruiser you want. Say hello to the Wasatch guys for me.

TJK

Cory may never speak to me agian for bowing out, but i'll say hello anyway.

$16,000 even, another one of my Cruisers is off to Michigan.

TJK

I got out bid in the last 15 sec!!! @#$^& :whoops:
