Hey guys.. I finally secured the deal on a truck I've been chasing for 10 years. 1980 fj45 low kms and relatively clean. Need brakes and a few other things but runs good and is a pretty easy fix to be on the road. Came with a truck.load of parts and an extra aluminum tub fj40 too. Question.. on hear later models is the roof suppose to be white?? Or same as the body?

Thnx Dan

FF rear for the win!

She's a creampuff! Good luck with the resto.

Nice find! apparently, my truck came from Kamloops.....
thnx I'm really happy with it. I saw this truck 10 years ago and have left many notes in the mailbox. It finally payed off. It' also the only lhd tank under 45 I have ever seen. Although I know pg45er has one

A bit of.progress made. Got the truck running on its own fuel.system now. Bled the clutch and brakes. But I still.cant get it I to gear?? I think the pressure plate is rusted to the disc. The slave moves fine. Anyways pic of the top quality wiring I found behind the cluster haha

I had that issue a few years ago, I set up a dowel to hold the clutch pedal to the floor and went underneath and used a screwdriver to get the clutch disc free from the flywheel.

I've got a brand new set of 285/75/r16 tucked in the back f the shop... will.these be too wide for split rims??
