Longhunter, you won't return a phone call much less pick up an engine. ;)

seriously, $250 is a steal.
rebuilt, worth a grand to the right individual ... if not more.

He's a buddy that spends more time looking at my pics than working on his 10 year resto project. In fixing to call his wife and trade a diamond ring and some gold for all the refurbished parts that he has spread out taking up a 3 car garage.

10 min response time.... not bad. All fairness he has a sweet 40. If I was a better friend I would go down and help.

Nice project

Looks like a very nice project. I am new to the forum and to the Fj40 owners. I have a 1970 that has been restored and am beginning to build a 1973. Just beginning to take it apart and determine what is needed for the rebuild. I live in Russel Springs, Ky. If you have any extra parts and want to sell them I would appreciate a pm or email @ mgann0219@aol.com

It's all disassembled and being painted in the body shop. It was put on the back burner for a while so I could accumulate more "new" parts for it. Looking forward to starting aassembly soon.
