We just finished this '78 and she sure is nice. She is a born and raised, dry Wyoming truck. She has sat for the last 10+ years as the clutch went out and never got fixed. With a little time, money and patience she has grown to be quite the eye catcher. Here's what was done.

Original paint had a 3 stage 3M cut and polish
Rear sill rust was cut and replaced
Rear quater rust on both sides was cut out and replaced and blended
New- front seat upholstery, headliner, OEM dash pad, door weatherstripping, mirrors, bumper, bumperettes, antenna, clutch and hood pads.
All of the fluids were changed
New OME lift with greasable shackles and pin kit.
5 New Toyo Open Country M/T tires (33x10.50x15)
Undercarriage was completely sanitized...hotsy'ed and undercoated.
Every gauge, light, etc has been checked and everything works except for the windshield washer fluid nozzle(but it should be fixed soon).

All in all, this is a really sweet truck. It runs, drives and shifts super nice. The brakes and e-brake are also in tip top shape.

more undercarriage... Note: the whole undercarriage was hotsy'ed to get all of the years of dirt, grease and grime off... then it was painted. It's not painted to cover anything up. I have pre cleaning pics. The frame and floors are solid.
