in La now im going specter this time so concern , no Marv so back in 2 days to finish!!

Today I went Marv's specter off road, get some parts and talk about it !!!! So sad!

Fly wheel resurface and instaled Instales , just need to fix finger bolts

Clutch instaled, tree times on and off!!! Until I get the rigth mesurement from the finger bolts to the bellhousing...
Now 3 speed transmisson disassambley and gears check.
Reverse gears some worn lines!

one more transmission disassembled!!
well, 1 year ago I buy a 3 speed used transmission, I had the one on the engine I get , and also the one that is on the car..
so I disassembly 2 of them, and it seems like the reverse gears are the must damage , let see on the third one!!

That's amazing , same idiot running around that can't push the clutch in far enough and put it in reverse at the same time . Either that , or the typical improper clutch height adjustment and the driver not being patient enough to let the trans shafts slow down first .

polish, powder coat and some grease!! just wait for the belts to get done

I thought of you because my 40 year old balsa and paper WWI German bomber/fighter that had been donated to my class had fallen from the ceiling and is now in pieces on my shelf... It will never be as it was... Bummer big time ... I will be thinking of you again when we rebuild it

I like a lot balsa planes, I used to made them 30 years ago , and I keep some ones in the box "comet " brand. I use color Japanese tissue and cover all , tanks to you I remember now agene.... I will take some model box pics.. you let me know which you like and I send it to you hehehehe

as tempting as it is to build one.... i have several and it would unfortunately go on the back burner for 30 years LOL
