Looks like a great old FJ25. You can sent me pictures if you want and I'll post them for you. Without buying a star you will be limited to posting pictures until your post count goes up. If your here just to help sell a FJ25 that might not happen for a while.

Is the PTO winch Toyota or Ramsey? Front bumper original? Do your front door windows work? Toyota PTO winch, correct front bumper and working sliding windows are a plus that would help you in selling this.

I got some more pictures but can't down load them at work or can't figure out how to. I can say it does have the factory PTO winch and still has the original bumper that is not in that bad a shape. Looks like original engine but mechanical fuel pump replaced with a electric and inline fuel filter. May not be original carb. Generator and both master cylinders there. Both horns and correct barcket. Seat covers on the front seat look to be original. You can see in the pictures that the driver's wiper has been changed to a TNK the other is still the vacuum wiper. Still has FJ25 wheels. Transmission/tranfer case/PTO do not appear to be in the vehicle and did not receive any pictures of them. Anyone looking to do a correct restore on aFJ25 is going to be hard pressed to find one as complete as this one.

When I get home tonight I will post the pictues I got that aren't all ready posted.

the only alteration to engine compartment is the electric fuel pump, carb is original far as i can tell, drivers wiper motor is replaced wf electric.i am the 3rd owner, the only bad(for a collector)is the trany waspulled 25yrs ago for clutch job that never was completed, tranny got lost ect... .im trying to trak it down probly wont find it.i did pick up a replacement used 4spd wf transfercase but no pto on it,i have alldrivelines including pto, hand brake and original engine hand crank.bellhousing flywheel wf clutch assembly are still in it .ive periodicaly lubed cylinders and turned motor over to keep it good,it should run.sor does offer used pto's for 250.00 on ther web site.

What four speed did you pick up? The FJ25 had a four speed like no other. Same with the transfer case and PTO. Currently don't anyone selling a FJ25 PTO that bolted to the transmission. Tranfer case was cast iron not aluminum. I believe SOR had a FJ25 four speed transmission and tranfer for sale years ago. One of the parts that is hard to locate. Currently two guys from out of the US looking for them. After the FJ25 a Land Cruiser imported here didn't have a four speed until 1974. Here are a few pictures of one of mine I posted here years ago.

How big is the site glass in the carb? Original would be very large. Couldn't tell for sure was this one smaller and round?

That is a really Neat Rig.

I thought the FJ25's of that era have the "CJ" style dooring openings?

Good luck with the sale.

That was only on the FST versions, also the first 2.5 years of the FJ40 had the same "CJ" openings on FST models.

Curious was there ever a FST that had the early tool box? I the tool box and door ended with the 64 model.

I like to think of it as the 25 FST copied the BJ opening. The BJ was the one that copied the door opening from another vehicle.

Great looking original survivor. To be frank, you are asking too much $ by several thousand dollars.

Just looking at that thing makes me smile!

It's too rich for my blood. If your price gets "friendlier", please PM me.
