Nice, Very Nice.
Only wishing mine will eventually turn out that nice - but I have not started

drawers

I face this as well. With another car seat being added to the list of things to fit in the LC, I'll be removing my drawer setup too (availble soon, local p/u in wa only:)). I made the height on the drawer to use an air matress with middle seat down too, but I dont foresee the need much anymore.

PM sent to ringpinion, too. I'll get in line behind Fish2Live. The other 1/2 just saw these photos and she's wanting a set (The LC is her daily driver). I'll have to get off my butt and figure out how to make some otherwise. I have zero experience with cabinets, but probably can do a good job if I can find some good instructions online somewhere.

Anyone got any links to more details on how to build something similar?

Actually I'd just like to find some accurate CAD files, take them to a cabinet shop with the CNC type machines and have them crank out the pieces... then all I'd have to do is screw the parts together (hopefully).

Those are sweet! I need to find some time to make a set.

Absolutely fabululous !
I built drawers, years ago, for the Hj61.... but yours are wonderfull
I need a set for the 100 ( I'm going to work with the 100 on service call)
The most difficult things is to follow the interior design.
Too bad you don't have plans... I also would have paid for (I don't have the R&D time)

Its really not that hard to do the contour of the interior. See attached diagram of how I did it. All you have to do is build a little jig our of some scrap drill a small hole and shove a pencil in it and follow the contour of the interior panel then cut with a jig saw. Let me know if you have any questions.

Looks very very good.
Professional with a touch of class.

2 Qs:
The openings in the top, for accessing the small side compartments, look a bit small. Are they? Could they have been bigger?

The access to the front compartments, could they have been to the front instead of through the top? Say, folding down the whole front wall? For easy acccess for bulky items w/o removing anything stored on top first. Any thoughts?

All I can say is WOW! Killer job. This is exactly what I have been looking for since I need at least one of the 3rd seats fairly often. I guess I better get off my lazy butt and do something about it! Keep up the great work on the truck.

Thanks for taking time for explanation.
I tried this method, without great success... my displacement and the perpendicularity of the jig wasn't accurate enough to fit like yours look to.
This is the big point were your skill is uncontestable

Maybe using a "T" on the opposite side as a guide could help (and another pair of hand for sliding the T)

Another question... what is the drawers depth ?
Were do you find the slide-bar ?

Looks stock. Looks great!! wow

Any rough estimate on what the materials cost?

Want to know the same thing? and Time to build? estimated. I had trouble putting my brushgaurd on and some hella lights, wood working and sawing would be hell for me.
