Also installed the blower, and am having a bitch of a time getting the fresh pull knob to seat properly . Maybe a new nob? BTW, this is a Shane product, really nice...

After installing the dash, I had a labeled set of three wires shown here saying wiper wash. Second picture is a mystery grommet in my bag labeled dash screws:confused:

The nylon washer is one of the two that are on the heater side arms. Ones I used on yours were new and black.

You with me?

The cable runs though a screen (have many if yours is missing or lost) then clips in the metal clip after the hooped end goes over the pin in the blower door.

I am with you on that. And thanks for everything. What do you recommend for the gasket on the outside facing portion of the blower?

Send me a screen please. Looked in my manual and did see this. I put the hoop on the pin, operated the fresh pull alot, then the hoop dislodged itself:mad:. Do you have to "clip" the cable in the spot before the hoop is in? You with me.

steering column wiring

Having an issue with where the male butt connector goes. Can't seem to find where. All the plugs are a no brainer. Also in the pics to follow, I have some interesting mystery plugs/grommets with no location pics as well.

Here are the plugs/grommets. Can't figure this one out either.
They were in my air filter assembly bag...

I posted some pics on the 1/2 tub thread in the 40 section. Here are the rest as promised. Notice how "well" the door fits on the rocker:mad:.

As Ive mentioned before I have same quarters and rockers. How did you resolve the door issue, or did you?

I'm thinking of repairing rusty rockers if this is going to be a huge problem....

I am not sure how the body guy did the fitting. I am seeing him tomorrow as he is delivering my fenders. I will let you know how he did the fitting.

lots of added body parts

did some dry fitting yesterday, and everything fits like a glove. I bought an oem hood 2 yrs. ago along with 2 oem fenders.(both from cruiserparts.net)Also oem running boards.
All emblems, signals etc. came from Cdan(thanks) I don't have everything tightened yet in case I have to remove a fender, etc.

Finally starting to look like something.

oem jack

I had to share this one. I had the oem jack, bracket and grommet. I have the oem tool bag, but my strap hinges are rusted bad. Trying to come up with a strap solution. Powdercoated rear heater, with new lines in the backround.

plating

I had some plating done today. Very cost effective, and the hardware and brackets are "new". Particularly impressed with the oem washer bottle bracket, and the gas pedal. Thinking about disassembling the coil, but not too sure if that would be wise.
