I've got a lot of seam rust I don't feel like chasing. Is getting off the frame a matter of removing bolts or a cutting torch? I want to do the bushings anyway...

Realizing now how simple this rig really is ...

btw that's Braulio's '78 Nissan Patrol beside my rig.

Its bolted together. A torch will likely be handy in getting them to unscrew. When they break off, a MIG welder is used washers and nuts to get the out. Start now putting Kroil on everything screwed or bolted together. Wacking bolt heads with a hammer can help break corrosion bonds.
Look for the manuals for your rig. Chilton's is better than nothing. Free factory ones for downloads here
