So two guys posted a video of their new Taco. This is a 2024 with 2.4LTurbo, no hybrid. From Houston to Dallas, they got 24.2 mpg, then they picked up small camping trailer and headed towards CO. Didnt get far before they had to refuel, towing it got 12.4 mpg.

I just bought a '93 LC with 35 BFG AT tires and will be doing a OME 2.5'' lift soon, thinking of regearing to either 4.56 or 4.88. I do a lot of highway driving but will be doing some offroad as well. How will this affect performance particularly MPG?

What are poeple's experience with MPG losses after mods: lift, regearing to 4.56 bigger tires (34), and heavy mods like bumpers? Is it realistic to think that I'll go from 18 to 15 on the highway cruising between 65-75 after mods? I'm getting 18-20 stock.

I found a great deal that I couldn't pass up but I noticed right away how much heavier the wheel/tire combo is compared to the 16" stock. I can't imagine this is good for mpg but hopefully someone else here with experience can tell me otherwise?
