After months, I finally got all the right plugs to repair my wire floor#2 & the main wire floor. I still have the spare new one but once my LC is ready to start I will try if this one works lol

Great idea! I am wondering if there was a way you could make that removable, or foldable so that you don't lose the precious ground clearance for when you are out here visiting and we go on some backroad trails.

I am playing with the idea to make one with a hitch 2” removable! I am worried about the foldable that it will rattle on the trails! This one is a test not even certain it Gona clear the bumper … I am learning to weld practice practice !

Spend the day fabricating a small plate for the preparation of the water heater and hot air blower Thanks to @ofer bruhis I got this on Friday to take advantage of the frame without the cabin! I am missing a few bolts and lock nut but will install them on Monday did spray the step and towing flange

A little setback today after

Carefully checking the Long Ranger water tank installation I realized that my espar super install his directly where the tank goes

I managed to figure out how to plus the fuel pump And fit to directly into my sub tank

Did I show you the stainless 55L tank?
It bolts on the cab

Tomorrow is another day! Will fab another bracket near the cross member likewise I should take the recommendations

Kut Snake are fitted in the back arch however 2 major thing was needed! Heat so they mould perfectly and bigger screw/ bolt welded inside to insure it’s solide and strong

OEM mudflap no longer fits anyone know a source place for the larger flap Toyota ?

Small update received the new oil cooler and some chassis bolts you want to have a couple of those handy for the build in instead to drill in the frame

Also finalizing the air intake it’s ready now to the rivet

I am working to fit the water tank 54L under the chassis by drilling some holes to bolt it properly see picture #1

Picture #2 is the brake line T connector that extends out almost 5 inch

Does anyone have replaced this connector for a more strait (close to frame set up)

2 coats of Raptor applied, and the inner wheel arc will be black!

Wheels arks raptorized black, water tank done and 180L fuel tank too! Very happy about using raptor instead of gravel guard big big difference

The Imron Hight Gloss doesn't require a clear coat but I decided to apply one anyway industrial strenght (it's practically unscratchable)

I manage to fit the 2 auxiliary fuel line, pump and fit the long ranger tank back in place.
Espar is permanently installed got the hose set up too. Next week the cabine going back on with a final spray outside this time
