So I finally got around to getting this done, and it works.
I cut off all the bracket on the e brake except the 2 at the back end.
You will need the leave a 1/4 inch on the front top bracket or there will be clearance issues. I conected the rear bracket to the firewall as you can see in the picture finger pointing to the bolt. I routed the cable down through top the transfer case shifter rubber grommets there's 2.

For the bottom I build my own bracket similar to the one used on the
4Runner 4 inch piece of angle iron that was attached with a longer bolt to the transfer case. Bracket attached to the angle iron is a quarter inch piece of Steel 7 inches long 1 inch wide at the short end why do the back end the holes I kind of just guess that seems to work okay pulse a little hard but it does work

not sure why it posted the fist pictures twice but, anyway.

and go for questions

Very nice! Thanks for posting up good pics. I see a connector/switch in there by the handle, do those hook up to our harness by any chance??

No the connectors are different

Thank you, sir.

you moved the handle (part that you pull) up higher than mine. That looks better as mine is too close to the edge
any photos of the routing of the cable that goes thru the floor and how exits

The level system you have underneath - that work ok?

any issues

Everything works okay pulls a little hard but not bad. I don't have any pictures from underneath the vehicle of where the cable comes through but I can take one if you want

So here are a couple pictures for underneath where the cable comes through
