Bearing. Damm bearing. Took me 2-1/2 days since I pulled it apart Saturday night, overnighted by Toyota, and bam!

Got the cupholder, went in easy. Now I'm chipping away at the beautiful wood grain plastic
The emblem is gone
As for the wheels, stock alloys, shank, clear coat is trashed in them, small curb checks but nothing out of the norm for stock wheels. Great set to get powder coated. It has a matching spare, but the inside lip is bent, from a curb I'm guessing, but still holds air.
I'd solder the wires to the insides of the festoon adapter caps before you put them in...
Where do the 37's rub?
DD, with mild wheeling, nothing crazy. Took it out for a shakedown with the fiance and 16m.o. and they both had a blast. So, yes, mainly a DD/camping rig with some trails a bit. I'll go to the Rubicon, but not go crazy cause I need to drive it home/to work the following week. I'm having a blast with it so far, and being burned (financially and emotionally) by my last rig, its been close to a decade to get back into it. Priorities have changed, as well as wheeling style, so this will work perfect for what I wanna do. Thanks!Phildoh gettin it done!! What type of use do you have planned for that beast?
Whereabouts are you in sac? I'm over by sac stateOff to a great start! Nice to see another Sactown 80.
I'm going in for surgery #5 on my knee in a couple weeks, but by August I should be ready for wheeling/camping. Ever hit Deer Valley? Up by 88/89? Heard its going through its partial closure but many are. That's a great camping spit with moderate wheeling, and I'd love to hit the Rubicon before labor dayI live in Vacaville. Maybe we can hit the Rubicon some time.

She's a bit slower. I'm not trying to win any races, but the freeway, in the wind, definitely needs 488's. Not going 529 as of yet, still need to do the research before, but going 488 as of this timeLooking good -- How's it drive without a re-gear?
He looked at the Slee kit, but didn't wanna sink the money into the older rig. So I gladly did. He went and bought a 4dr Rubicon and slapped a 3-1/2 AEV lift on it and 35's, and has watched in jealousy. He comes over for a beer and asks what's new with HIS LC, I chuckle and say its yours, for 20K!!!Super sweet setup. Tempted to do the same wheels except 35's to change it up. Was our neighbor familiar with the potential? What does he think of the beast?
