She's completely covered in bugs from the 1200 miles home on the goose.

I did.

And that's the plan. I don't know about cream puff. Just not a rusty rusted out piece of shıt anymore.
Utah in April.
South Dakota in May.
Wisconsin/Michigan sometime this summer.
Colorado in August
Likely Missouri in September

I'd like to go camp in Superior National Forest again sometime this summer.

Missouri in September?

I’m actually considering throwing together a 40 get together in Missouri

Also this is beautiful

Thanks for the reminder. I was gonna ask Karl to let me know if he was going, so I could see we can tag along this year.

You threaten to come to our event every year 😂😂

@sogncab 40 looks amazing. Cant wait to see it in Aug.

I only drove it maybe 10-15 miles before putting it on the trailer, it does track and ride on the road much nicer. Some improved departure angle will be appreciated as well.

Bedliner on the tub inside and out was a very good improvement as well. For a 40 series, it is very quiet. Now, it's not quiet. It's just quiet for a 40 series. Obviously new seals and things like window tracks attenuated a lot of the sound(s) as well.

I'm super happy. It looks awesome and some very tasteful improvements have been made
Can you elaborate on this a little bit more? Did they push the axle back some to center up on the wheel well because it is lifted now or did they do something else?

Flip the rear springs and move the wheel wells back, longer drive shaft. I'm guessing some brake lines needed to be bent up as well.

I think it moves the axle a total of 4" back. Which percentage wise is huge. It'll cruiser relatively comfortably now at 75mph. I'm still not a fan, my otherwise decent mileage gets real bad above 70.

My wheel arches and wells were rotten, so they got cut out and replaced. Perfect time to move the rear axle back

Where did you get the rear speaker pods?
