Progress! With the weather being as nice as its been and the heat finally breaking, I was able to spend last night on this and knocked a few items off the to-do list.

The circuit breaker bracket is now painted and I've mounted it with nicer hardware, I'm very satisfied with it. I now have all of the wires run through the firewall, which I think is my least favorite thing to do. I took the ARB wire harness that comes with the compressor and cut it up and re-soldered it and moved the two in-line 40A fuses to better suit my application. I don't like the idea of wires being all over the place. Soldering those fat wires sucked as the solder didn't want to fully seep into the strands. Using the pocket torch helped fix that. I then crimped on some nice marine grade lugs and got that all tucked away behind the aux battery.

I've got the relay I built for my camp/reverse lights that are on my roof rack wired up to the fuse block and tonight I plan to get my interior stuff squared away. I need to solder up the compressor switch harness to the compressor harness and do the same for the camp lights. Then figure out where to put my camp light switch so it looks clean and OE... I'm thinking next to the mirror adjust. The compressor switch is going above the OE locker switch blank and the locker switch blank is, well, for the lockers that are coming in the spring.

More to come...

@MrFongMan That Nardo looks grayt(lol)! I always like that color on Audis. It works really well on your 100 too!

cost me 2k. its a bit much but wanted the change without getting rid of the original paint. it looks good but obviously not as good as a real paint job.

thank you!!!
2k is cheap! Jesus the shops around Los Angeles is charging twice of that for a wrap!

Nothing too technical, but removed OEM cup holder from center console and added Wit’s End organizer. Anyone need a cup holder?

Also encountered first heat/altitude issue in Aspen last weekend. Drove up from Denver and when I tried to start the truck after 15 minutes, it made some weird shudder and would not catch. Let it sit for an hour and it was fine, started right up. Saw a lot of streaks around gas cap and thought it might be time to change the cap. Hopefully a new OEM cap will solve the problem.

Took it up to Pearl Pass the next day and saw a nice 80 coming down. Made me rethink taking the pearl pass road, so continued on up toward Montezuma Basin. Beautiful up there.

@MrFongMan Looks awsome. I recently picked up a 100 but the paint is shot on the hood and the roof.. Wonder if I can still wrap the car or due to the paint being bad it wont stick..

From what I've read, as long as you do some prep work to smooth out any steps and roughness, it will stick. Lots of info out there about it

- Swapped sway bar links from Trail Tailor. For others out there with a mostly stock truck (me, 2000 w/ 199k: Miami Vice trim package delete, BFG AT 285s, major PM jobs/fluid baseline,) this is a really incredible, cheap, and easy upgrade/mod for $215. The 100 rides and drives a lot better for a minor job.
- Replaced all the ignition coil packs (will make a post in that thread)
- Valve cover gaskets

Took the 2000 for a ~1,300 mile solo road trip, including 250+ miles of dirt/trails in the West Desert of Utah/Nevada. Went around the Deep Creek Mountains from Baker, NV up to Trout Creek, then Callao, Gold Hll, Ibapah, Tippet NV, and back over the Deep Creeks via Pleasant Valley Road to Gandy, UT. Wandered down through Beryl, UT after heading towards Milford from Baker, and back onto pavement north of Enterprise. Cruiser didn't miss a beat. Did some hiking in the Deep Creeks up Ibapah Peak, went for a dip in Gandy Warm Springs, and slept on my shelf/sleeping platform. All without incident, as it should be with a Cruiser, even with 275K on the ticker.

Looks good to me. I don't think it's height adjustable, is it? My gap looks identical:

Nice! That's an awesome part of the state. Even if you're from Utah, not many people go out there.
