Progress! With the weather being as nice as its been and the heat finally breaking, I was able to spend last night on this and knocked a few items off the to-do list.
The circuit breaker bracket is now painted and I've mounted it with nicer hardware, I'm very satisfied with it. I now have all of the wires run through the firewall, which I think is my least favorite thing to do. I took the ARB wire harness that comes with the compressor and cut it up and re-soldered it and moved the two in-line 40A fuses to better suit my application. I don't like the idea of wires being all over the place. Soldering those fat wires sucked as the solder didn't want to fully seep into the strands. Using the pocket torch helped fix that. I then crimped on some nice marine grade lugs and got that all tucked away behind the aux battery.
I've got the relay I built for my camp/reverse lights that are on my roof rack wired up to the fuse block and tonight I plan to get my interior stuff squared away. I need to solder up the compressor switch harness to the compressor harness and do the same for the camp lights. Then figure out where to put my camp light switch so it looks clean and OE... I'm thinking next to the mirror adjust. The compressor switch is going above the OE locker switch blank and the locker switch blank is, well, for the lockers that are coming in the spring.
More to come...
