I like to use Rustoleum myself, but can't seem to find Industrial. Is that just what they call the professional grade or am I not looking right. Your parts look great and you can touch them up later when needed.

Thank you. The Professional is part of the over all Industrial line, Google Rustoleum Industrial, you might be surprised at all they offer. :) I use the professional vs any other of their line more for availability than any other specific reason. My customers can get touch up paint at Lowes, Home Depot, many hardware stores.

That's funny. I was re-assembling my front hubs/bearings/rotors last night on the garage floor saying to myself "WHY aren't you doing this on the work bench?"

Ooooh purdy new hardware!!! I need to get me some of that!

You already have most of it, only thing new there are the shoes.

Start listening when you talk to yourself :)

Would you share your mixing ratio. Getting ready to to start on my frame

I thin it with acetone, not really sure of the exact ratio. I have used it for so long I just thin it until it looks right running off the stir stick. Try mixing up a little and doing text sprays. Maybe 5% acetone at first. Keep in mind that the best way to spray this stuff (that I have found) is to put on multiple dusting layers eventually building up. It "flows" at a certain point, stop.

Lets talk about commitment. Brand new crate 4L65E
1.remove tail section
2.install first part of adapter, 6 bolt to 4
3.measure and mark cut line
4.CUT OFF remaining section of output shaft

Spud shaft, bearing pressed on spud shaft, 2nd section of adapter installed, supplied spacer installed, silicone sealer fills the groves between the splines and helps prevent fluids of T-case and trans from mixing. I let it stand over night then cut off extra with Xacto knife.

Stan... in the second to last pic... the adapter has a large threaded hole in the side of it, that is for the VSS correct?

A couple more pieces and ready to go. I never get tired of this part of the job :)
