Enough snow melted to take a trip down to Denver and visit BD Company. I was a kid in a candy store. Got samples of window track, got door seals. Got started on fitting door seals.
I may, if there is enough interest, compile the part numbers, lengths and installation instructions in a new thread.
Those numbers indicate relative strengths of your bolts. Guessing the fours hold things on like window regulators and perhaps the fives and sixes are used in the engine bay?
Good god man!I ended up going way down the rabbit hole today.....I was going to just clean up a couple bolts to put the engine compartment back together, it got out of hand.
the process was to degrease, then wire wheel, then sandblast, then acid etch, then paint. It is as close a match as I could get to factory without having a cadmium plating system (have a zinc plating setup, cadmium a bit more) The paint was a Gold base, with a light misting of Brass while the gold was still wet.
Tedious, but Zen-like. Good way to focus and regain the calm.

Hehe..... "Nutserts" and "vibratite" in the same post......too much for me to handleSame thing happened to me, so I welded in some nutserts and coated the threads with this product, so the adjusters don't back out.
