IS this kind of rust a deal breaker ?

Hi guys,
Kind of new here, did a lot of searches, but every rust is different, Just can't get the answer by myself

Is this kind of rust a deal breaker? If it's around 19K before tax
150k mile 03, record is very good and the rest of the truck, body interior is perfect and clean
How much do I need to fix the rust on the rocker?

Or should I just run away?
Any thoughts plz....

That level of frame rust doesn't really scare me, however I would walk away from this due to the body rust.

That being said, you can score some truly rust free 100's for 19K. Keep looking

Thanks, yep maybe I should keep looking, it's just so expensive on the West Coast market
