Since purchase, I've reupholstered front seats and got a new working key fob for keyless entry. Previous owner spruced it up with ARB bumper, Icon 2.0 shocks, OME Med. Springs and torsion bar. Smittybuilt XRC winch in bumper. Subwoofer and all door speakers were replaced 2017. Weathertech mats included. Brakes were replaced before I took possession @ 167K miles. I've only performed oil and filter maintenance. Timing belt not done and not due for a several thousand miles still.

My 4th child is due in April and my Land Cruiser that I thought I would never sell is looking small all of a sudden. We’re planning on more so this has to go at some point. I bought it in 2011 with 129k on it. The truck is beautiful. I know I’m biased, but I think it’s one of the best looking 100s of any year I’ve seen. I specifically didn’t want a newer one so I could avoid the factory navi mess and retrofit a CarPlay set up. You can search “lightwerks land cruiser” on YouTube and see two closeup vids of the xenon retrofit. It’s a joy to drive after dark now. I have a 2006 LX 470 for sale. Cream pearl paint job with warm brown interior leather. Of course if your looking at this you know they are fully loaded. Everything works as it should. AHC works without any issues.
Just a few items to be aware of,
Tires have maybe 5k miles. When they were replaced I believe the sensors weren't switched so the TPMS is lit. Discount Tire says new sensors would run about $200.
A few minor rock chips in the windshield, don't affect driving what so ever.
Normal wear on the interior for 110k miles. Jump seats look nearly new. Rear A/C
Looks like the previous owner tried to polish the front near the head lamp and burned the clear. Not very noticeable but it's there. I tried to take pictures it might not turn...

I'm a long time Cruiser head. Currently own a BJ40 (sold as 1985 model year, built 1984) and FZJ80 (1996). Had two FJ45's (1976 and 1978), a rusty FZJ80 (1991), and ... my favorite ... 2012 HZJ76 that I ordered straight from factory but was company car in Azerbaijan.
I know my Cruisers and want to have a comfy, capable, and reliable ride for family at our vacation home.

From a dealer, which I hope means they've inspected it.
Cons:
Car Fax shows first owner, 2 months, 15k miles, and listed as Commercial. Was this a rental car?
Been in Kentucky for the first 8 years (rust). No undercarriage pics
Other than that, it looks pretty great. I THINK ITS THE ONE!!! :cheers:

Found a land cruiser local to me. It' s a 2001 with 168k miles. In the last 20k miles, timing belt, new stereo, new terragrapplers... has hail damage, paint fade on the hood, interior has normal wear but not terrible. He is asking 11k, I'm positive I can get him at 9k.

2001 LX470 173K miles
Bought it from my brother that downsized to a 4Runner which I'm looking to do as well. Looking for $9000. Located in Crestview, FL (about an hour east of Pensacola). The vehicle has been properly maintained and everything is functional. AHC system works like it's supposed to. There's a few blemishes on the exterior common to a used vehicle and age. Minimal surface rust. (pictures below) also still have the 3rd row seats which I will reinstall when the time comes.

-no rust (its a socal car)
-still has the AHC
-The air induction system was completely replaced by Tustin Toyota in October. I can provide the record for this.
-I like it because of the mileage, its not a LX, the engine runs better than most, and the seats have been fixed.

Selling my 2001 Toyota Landcruiser. I love this vehicle but with a baby and a move across the country, this unfortunately has to go.
No rips in the leather. Includes OEM all-weather mats. Tires are in very good condition with well over half of the tread remaining.
Being a Midwest vehicle there is a small amount of rust on three of the wheel wells (pictured), and a small amount of rust showing by the release latch on the upper rear hatch. Otherwise the body is in very good condition.
I am the second owner of this. It has never been in any accidents and it needs nothing mechanically. It has 174,900 miles

I have a 1999 Toyota Land Cruiser with 180,000 miles that the ABS brake system went out and Toyota wanted over $4000 to repair it. I have since purchased a new car. Would anyone here have a cheaper way of fixing the brakes and want to buy it? The truck has been in my family since purchased in 1999. I have replaced most of the coils, radiator, the rear axle for leaking boot, front windshield last year and the leather seats were redone 2-3 years ago. I a currently living in Jackson, TN; but the car has spent most of its life in Alabama with extremely rare snows. The car will run fine but the brakes take a lot of force to operate and it has a continuous beeping warning for this.
