Slammed at work, sorry for the late response. The drivers seat leather is torn in a few places, it's not great but the under-fabric is still protecting the foam. The rest of the seats are in above average condition. It looks like the previous owner was a single California driver commuting a ton on the highways.

I can get the seat redone with OEM color leather or vinyl by my upholsterer, if that is a table stake for you? should cost a few hundred for 1 seat or $550/$850 for vinyl/leather for Both seats, along with new foam.
