2003 LC Base - things to look for?

For sale locally (VA) with ~200K miles. Carfax looks good for service records (all at Toyota dealer since purchased), two owners, both in VA (no rust belt, western part of the state though). Besides the obvious stuff (rust, broken things, etc), any gotcha things to look for? Going to see it in person tomorrow. Pics look good but no pics underneath I've owned 4Runners, a 2000 and currently a 2004 Tundra V8, 2 x GX 460's, but always wanted one of these. Thanks!

I’ll readily admit that I bought it for selfish reasons in that I also wanted to drive it but unfortunately she thought it was too big and ended up buying a Lexus UX200 instead. It’s now a spare vehicle that isn’t being driven very much. It’s fairly low mileage, especially for a 2004 and is, in my opinion, above average condition. The radio head unit can be a little glitchy / (the screen will freeze on occasion) but it hasn’t been a big enough issue to warrant replacing. Hi all- I'm considering an '05 LX 470 at a used dealer lot. Generally it's in good shape, strong records, etc., but hadn't gone through detail when I saw/drove it. But there are two items I'd like feedback on: 1) Seemingly random switchgear installed against driver right leg / left side of center console. Truck has NightView but don't believe the switches are related. No aux lighting installed, etc. Are these factory switches or aftermarket? Any ideas on what to look / ask for?
