Thinking of selling my beloved Landcruiser. Professionally maintained by Sound Toyota and Greg’s Japanese Auto. Has 297k on the odometer but have been told by both repair shops that mechanically the vehicle is sound! Has typical small parking lot dings, driver seat wear, all cosmetic. Has had timing chain done twice each time replacing water pump, in fact every time anything was needed it was replaced. Have replaced fuse block and radiator. Have full set of Toyota repair manuals as i thought i would work on car, but found i just don’t have the time nor motivation. Not sure what it is worth, do you all think $4k is about right? Want a new Landcruiser so have to come up with as much scratch as i can! Great site, tons of informative...
I'm new to the forum and am very impressed with the discussion and trucks. Want to buy a stock (or close to stock) classic silver metallic 2006/07 with stone interior. Would also consider a galactic gray or thunder cloud with stone interior. Does NOT need to be a garage queen with <100k miles. However, I'm looking for a very solid maintenance record, zero rust, and seats, dash and carpets that are in great condition. dubyahard's truck would do the trick, but it looks like that is in contract. Thank you to all who've shared your knowledge and experience with these awesome trucks.
Edit 7/23/19 I took a good look this thing is over priced a good bit. It's been neglected, and looks tired. Center diff lock doesn't sound good... This caught my eye driving by last eve. It needs work at that price... I looked at it and wasn't trashed, but didn't get into the details just yet. https://www.cargurus.com/Cars/inventorylisting/viewDetailsFilterViewInventoryListing.action?sourceContext=carGurusHomePageModel&newSearchFromOverviewPage=true&inventorySearchWidgetType=AUTO&entitySelectingHelper.selectedEntity=d299&entitySelectingHelper.selectedEntity2=&zip=82070&distance=150&searchChanged=true&modelChanged=true&filtersModified=true#listing=244773957
Evergreen, CO - 2002 J100 Land Cruiser - 110K Miles
The cleanest Land Cruiser in the west. I've owned this LC for three years. My wife used it as her daily driver. $19,500 It is stock, super clean, everything (important) works. Ready for you to take down to Slee in Golden and customize to your heart's content. Title in hand. Many pics here: Land Cruiser Good: Low miles Serviced by Greg at the Toy Shop in Denver Weathertech mats Less good: Some chipping on the passenger side trim (pic on dropbox) Some pitting on one of the wheels (pic also on dropbox) Nav is not working - seems to be a known issue about the DVD players the nav system uses. I did not try to fix because we just use our phones. CD changer is missing the magazine - we used a tape adapter to plug in our phones, so...
Greetings MUD friends, For ease of photos I am posting the ad for my 2006 Lexus LX 470. Yes, this is my vehicle. You'll find all of the information that is always asked for (VIN, recent service items, etc.) in the ad and below. I do have all of the paperwork from my ownership as well as two previous owners. I also have the complete Lexus dealer service history as well. Rig is in amazing shape for it's age and I'll just get it out there now, yes there is some surface rust underneath. I know that's a common topic here and the truck has spent time in the midwest. Throughout any servicing I've always asked both dealer and independent mechanics if they saw any issues that needed to be addressed from a corrosion standpoint and I have...
2000 LX470 - Breckenridge, CO - SOLD
**Mechanic's Special** Fully runs and drives with intermittent and obnoxiously loud brake warning. My research says it needs a new brake master cylinder, or accumulator, or booster. It drives just fine, but do to intermittent death warning, I would trailer it home for safety. Could be a pricey fix, my price reflects this. I am moving back to TX in a week and don't have time to fix. I need this gone ASAP!!! Texas truck, been in CO for 3 years. 282k miles. Rebuilt engine & tranny around 200k. Dealer maintained, but it's no princess. The Bad: the dreaded brake warning sunroof does not function dent on driver a pillar (windshield & door ok) in heavy rain it leaks water from windshield down into the passenger floorboard missing turn...

2003-2007 LX or LC. Lost mine in crash
Hi y'all- been lurking on this great forum for the last month or so since my beloved 02 LX had an unfortunate encounter with a F250Super Duty running a stop sign, T-boning me and pushing me into phone pole. Loved that truck and was doing all the right things- orig owner, lo miles, nonsmoker, garaged, all dealer maint records, etc. Trying to replace so I can fulfill promise to my boy who wants the truck when he learns to drive (in middle school now so truck needs to last awhile! :) ). If anyone has lead, I would travel anywhere if low miles (<100K), no rust, and generally babied stock vehicle. Would prefer black/grey (combo I had), but silver (or maybe grey) good or the LC Atlantis Blue Mica!. Anyone interested? In the meantime...
With regret, I am selling my dependable 100 series. I've had it for less than a year and bought it to potentially be a family hauler. Now that my 80 series is back on the road, I've decided to part with this tank. I've done a bunch of work to it while I've had it and although it isn't perfect, I'd hop in and drive to Siberia tomorrow. This truck runs and drives great. Everything works well - A/C is frigid, heat is scorching, power windows, etc. Asking $7200 - located in Fort Collins, Colorado. Recent work/maintenance I've done: - New NGK spark plugs - New coil packs - New intake manifold gaskets - New MAF sensor - New front brake pads - New air filter - New fuel filter - New catalytic converters - New rear O2...

1998 Built Up 100 Series For Sale
I may regret this, but I’m looking to pass the keys of my 100 series to its next owner. I miss driving a manual Tacoma, so I’m heading back that way. The Beast has taken my family on several fun adventures and has a lot of life left in her! 10,795 OBO. This rig was previously owned by a regular ih8mud.com forum member (Utahfj62) who built it up and took really good mechanical care of the rig before I luckily landed it almost 2 years ago. The Cruiser currently has 262k miles on it with all scheduled maintenance up to date. Doesn’t need a timing belt until 300k miles. Fires right up and drives great. Would love to see this go to a fellow enthusiast. Please text (435.901.5893), PM, or reply with any questions you have! Here are...
