For Sale 2007 LC in So Cal - fraud?

CL Ad 2007 LC with 71k for $18,900 Interesting there is a phone number in the ad. I call it and spoke to the alleged owner yesterday. Ask him for VIN, he asks if I plan on running a carfax I said yes. He said he has a carfax and will send to me. He sends to me. But the part with the VIN is cut off from the photo he sends. I message him multiple times asking for VIN, he doesn't respond back. When I spoke with him I told him I would buy it if everything checks out. Has anyone looked at this LC? If it's real, hopefully someone from here snatches it up. The carfax shows the vehicle up in Northern California it's whole life.....seller currently lives in So Cal (I suppose he could have moved).
