Looking for either a black or riverrock mica LX470. I'd prefer 2000 and newer. I'd also be interested in Land Cruisers (even back to 1998 if they have the rear locker) as well but I kinda like the poshness of the LX. Little to no rust is always good and mods are welcomed, especially lifts. Sub 200k miles but could be interested in sub 250k rigs if well maintained.
Budget is $10k. If its on Facebook, CL or any of the major sale sites I've likely seen it already.
Not opposed to traveling but my schedule only allows for it on the weekends.

Starting to entertain ideas of selling my trusty hundred series. This thing is amazing but unfortunately as I am getting close to graduating college I need something more affordable, specifically on gas. It has 155k on the clock. Zero rust is an understatement. I have replaced a few minor mechanical components during my ownership. I spent a good sum upgrading the head unit and amp, installed beige weather techs and roof rack pads, also had it professionally tinted at 15% all around with a front strip. I'm sad to say that as our needs for increased volume in our overland rig have outgrown the capacity of our LX its time to say goodbye to the old girl and get into something a bit bigger. Aside from the interior volume (when carrying 4 passengers) I love this truck to no end! I still have the AHC which is such an engineering marvel. Sport driving on the street and then straight to trails like White Rim Road in Utah. She's got 33" tires that have taken us to some of the greatest places in the Western US as well as some right down the street here near Austin, Texas. I became a member of the 200 club this week, which forces the sale of my daily-driven 2005.
The truck lived in Oregon from birth to 2018, when I brought it to Alabama. Rather than say "rust-free," or "no rust," I will say "I don't see any rust anywhere, but come on and see for yourself." It's a clean truck. Clean carfax. The place I bought it from coated everything in Armor All, which hasn't totally left, but otherwise smell-free. Cosmetically I would give it an 8. There are some minor scratches and swirls, very small dings that could be easily fixed, some minor wear stains here and there on the carpet. I have Lexol'd the seats quarterly.
All service since I got it has been done at Serra Toyota in Birmingham, to include timing...

Hey gang. New to this forum and I am on the hunt for a 100 series LC, preferably ‘00-01 in the Southeast. I need an every day driver that can one day transition to a hunting/weekend vehicle. Willing to drive/fly or whatever makes sense to come pick it up after appropriate vetting. Would love to be under 200k miles, but it’s not a deal breaker if proper service history is provided. Also prefer one without the stock navigation system.

I picked this up back in 2019 from the dealership. Beige color, like new interior rig. I Was planning mod this car for over landing but have been too busy to work on.

210,8xx miles. I've had it since about 100,000 miles. No problems. Lots of highway miles as a family car. This is an everyday driver for me but a shuffle of vehicles at home makes it time for me to sell. Exterior is good. Interior is good. Clear carfax. no accidents. Most of the service records but not 100%. Timing belt replaced (both times). New complete front brakes and repack wheel bearings. Goodyear Wrangler tires on it, slightly larger than OEM but not lifted. about 12k miles old. Good clean underbody. No rust. Title in hand.
