Thought I would drop a line and see if anyone bites. My wife and I are looking for a 1995 or 1996 FZJ80. Going to be the wife's rig until next spring. Ideally we would like the perfect FZJ80 ;) lockers etc etc. Let me know if anyone has one for sale nearby. I would like to buy one from a fellow cruiserhead if possible. fj80 or 4runner WANTED!!

I may be starting a new job here and have to give back the company car. I am looking for an FJ80 or a newer 4runner (not the lame new body style). Thought I would shoot a post out to see if anyone knows of someone selling one. I am looking for a daily driver that I can use for work (outside sales), so it can't have 37 inch mudders :rolleyes: , but will be looking into doing some sliders, bumpers and very minor lift and mods, etc. Tech question: Are there any opinions on which is a better vehicle? I know the fj80 has been well reccomended and would go into the driveway nicely next to my 40 but it has been challenging trying to find an 80 w/reasonable miles and at a reasonable prices. 1991 FJ80 For Sale

yeah it's a 91 it's Medium red pearl it has 231k . The motor was rebuilt @200k as was the transmission rebuilt, have receipt for $2500 for the transmission work It has fairly new Battery and Wrangler rt/s 31x10.50 tires , also just had front brake work performed, rotors turned and new calipers and pads, the kick down cable to the trans. was also recently replaced. it is in good condition, it's my daily driver and i'm the second owner, located in beautiful central new york 30 miles north of Syracuse, just off I-81 $5k ..

1991 FJ80 For Sale

1991 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ80. Silver with dark gray trim., 223k miles on it but it runs great. The trans was rebuilt at 150k, Clean interior and the paint is good condition. It needs new front and rear bumper end caps. I have the mud flaps if you want them. It has power windows, locks, sun roof, and CD player. Everything works on it. I'm the second owner and the first owner never used the low range. I've taken it offroad twice and the All wheel and 4 wheel drive works. I was going to lift it and put 33"s on it but I need to sell it fast. The blue book on it is over 8k. I'm asking $6800 obo, I will not turn down any reasonable offers.
