Up for sale is a 97 LX450 Unlocked with a 126,000 miles. The vehicle is pretty stock with the exception of a set of Toyo Open Country MTs in 285, a custom drawer system and pioneer speakers. The vehicle is in good shape and runs well. Asking $10,000.
My wife is pregnant and we are trying to downsize before the baby, and since the MPG on this is worse than our other car it is up for sale.

I think I'm the third owner. I've got it at 145k. I've done birfield about 160k. Here's some issues that buyer should be aware.
Parking brake needs to look at. Do not work.
Front windows are slow to go up.
Crack in driver side tail light.
Leaks steering fluid. I just add little every 500 mile or so.
burns quart of oil between oil change.
"D" dash light doesn't work

1997 FZJ80 For Sale
I talk to my veterinarian over the weekend and she is wanting to sell her 80 series.
It has 120k miles on it and she is the second owner. In the last 6 or so years she has had it, it has never been off road. It has been in California it's entire life. I asked her if it was the anniversary series and she looked at me with a dead stare. I don't see the stickers on the fenders so I'm guessing it's not.
She would like $10,500 for it. It is 100% stock.

Selling my 1992 FJ80. It's completely stock, 202k miles. I've had it since August of 2005, and since doing two masters programs I don't have the time or money that it deserves. It needs brakes and the rattle tightened on the heat shields, but it runs like the proverbial scalded dog. AC is frigid, and the stock cd player even still plays, though skippy. Asking $3800 firm. Fully rebuilt 3FE 3,000 miles ago. Followed service manual for complete overhaul. All gasket, rings and bearings are factory toyota. It has a KNN filter, and no emission what so ever. This motor has tons of power for a 3FE and uses no oil or coolant. Just about everything is brand new. I think the crank pulley was the only thing I reused because it was in great shape still.

I just found this board coming from the J**p side. I currently have a 1998 Jeep TJ that I offroad with but have always been impressed with LCs. In the past couple of weeks, I must have spent most of my time reading the FAQs and the posts from here as well as searching craig's list, autotrader, cars.com, ebay constantly.
I'm looking for an LX450, locked with under 110k miles if possible. I would prefer Black, Green or White. It could be a built rig as long as it's in great condition. This will be my daily driver for now but will eventually be modded for sure in the future. I'm located in Staten Island, NY and would like to find one in the tri-state area.

title says it all. this fj80 has had an easy life on interstate as weekend warrior & grocery getter - 154K mi (sounds like an EBay ad)... everything works but A/C needs recharge. there is a dealer recall on this car to replace a valve in the A/C system that was not done by PO's and dealer is obliged to do it at no cost. the rules for this are that the dealer must evacuate the system, replace the valve at no cost & replace the refrigerant with what was in the truck. that is it. but this gives you an A/C system that you know has no leaks and you can recharge yourself. if there are any other bad parts in the A/C system the dealer must inform owner of them but is not required to replace. system cooled well a year ago and i think if...
