all between chassis and body rubber, windows and top rubbers and seals.
a lot to list all OEM parts no aftermarket parts except a new after market alternator and rear reflectors from Toyota fortuner OEM and rear bumpers are replica exactly like OEM
full engine gasket kit, new carburetor, new radiator, new filter box, new water...
It was partially restored roughly 10 yrs ago, driven a couple years (owner used to transport his construction supplies!) then sat in a heated garage for last 8 years.
Aqualu aluminum box, tub, doors and front fenders
Bezel, windscreen and hood were replaced at time of restoration
New Warn M8000 winch
New carb and radiator
Full floater stock rear axle
Original Split rims
Tires are excellent condition but old
Missing dash pad
Fuel tank was just emptied and all lines cleared.
No rust in tank
Paint so-so
One heavy duty welded patch in passenger front floor in front of Aqualu tub
Original grey/beige color is still on firewall
A few rust bubbles on the original cab back piece behind head
Soft top only
All glass is still great
Horn is not...
With continuing efforts to reduce the number of duplicate vehicles in the collection and to fund new acquisitions the Land Cruiser Heritage Museum is offering this 1966 FJ45 long bed pickup for purchase. This example is a blended restoration with some later features that make it a more livable driver. While not "pure" (very few Cruisers this old are:lol:) it is a lot more driver-friendly. It has a 2F engine, 4 speed transmission and a disc brake front axle with factory Asco hubs. included is a brand new Warn 8274-50 that is mounted but has not been wired up. It also has a later windshield frame with the wipers on the bottom.The bed is Rhino-lined and the tires are BFG All Terrain TA KO 31x10.50x15 with some of the molding tits still...
Totally love this truck and I'm pleased with what it is. This has been a bit of a journey but fun all the same.
1978 FJ45. Rebuilt 2F with a 3FE head and fuel injection, H55 5 spd transmission and super smooth transfer case, Rebuilt knuckles, 4 wheel disc brakes, custom 25 gallon fuel cell where spare tire used to be, Aqualu bed, tub fenders and bib, Dakota digital gauge cluster, Vintage Air, LED headlights, 8274 Warn winch, Custom fold down tire carrier, 5x 17" teflon wheels and BFG MTs, FJ62 power steering and tilt wheel, ARB rear locker functions as it should, Custom bed cover, I'm certain there is more but the truck runs excellent and drives very comfortable.

Looking for a troopy.
This will be my 4th cruiser in 6-7 years. I've had a 40, 60, and for a brief period a 55.
According to my wife I completed my "last project" almost a year ago on my 74 mini clubman track car.
Unfortunately with a newborn and two dogs it doesn't get much use and I don't see the need for two cars to myself.
I convinced the wife to let me do another "last project" so I'm looking for something family friendly.
Right now I'm looking into vehicles I've owned in the past as I am familiar with them and getting them to a daily driver status wouldn't be 2 difficult.
I really want another FJ40/early bronco but there really isn't enough room. I could go for another merc 300GD but parts cost/availability/wait time was...

The Fj was recently Frame on Restored by "Clean Cruisers Of Miami"(Great local TLC shop). No lipstick here guys, truck was Restored the proper way not cutting corners. Looks good on pictures as well as if you were standing next to it.
The undercarriage is clean with no surprises. Runs goods and starts right up. Unlike other South American Fj's this one was inspected and serviced in the states by professionals. I can provide a list with all the repairs/maintenance's done and the shop owner's contact info if anyone is interested in customizing the truck.

Mostly original dash
Modified Seats
Extended Roof
The car has rust in a few areas, but is good for its age. This car would suit restoration.
I may be able to source an original roof and rear seating frames, but can discuss with buyer.
The car has a great history and was last used in charity runs in Australia.

Up for sale is a 1979 landcruiser trooper edition. I bought this a few years ago and can’t keep it anymore. I was married and no longer have time or money to do any work on this and am moving soon to a smaller garage. I'm trying to sell this beauty for $5300 which is less than I have in it already.
Here is an overview about the unit for sale:
· Right Hand Drive!
· H diesel motor
· 4 speed are in good condition but it needs bodywork and the electrical system has been pulled
