I was going with a Porsche color but then decided I’m not a prick so ima use an original Toyota color … the original color that came on this 74 Land Cruiser which was nebula green 622 color with a 033 color roof white

Made my own bumper tire carrier from 14 gauge steel … from scratch pretty ugly but strong with bearings and a giant pin gonna grind it out and paint it

Took it to revival auto body in north Hollywood the guys are pros he hated my work and redid basically everything I’m gonna take my fj62 here too for paint corrections

The body shop and I decided to just use up the paint we had which is forest green metallic

Is it urethane? I recently had a paint job done in urethane and ppl have asked me if it’s powder coat. The gloss is amazing.

Finally back from the body shop - $10,000 paint job at Revival Auto Body … 3 layers of paint 3 layers of clear - water based paint

Just couple shots - isn’t tightened yet or adjusted but measuring it and setting it up - hand welded the exhaust 2.25” at home
