Doors close well, rear hatch does too. My plans were to finish the inside and leave the outside "patina". Rear quarter ribs are good. Front axle has disc brakes. The engine is a v8. The vehicle is in the process of restoration...windows, door latches and lights are off. I have had three of these and this is the best I have seen to start with. Vehicle does include 16" split rims. I have started parting this out so it is no longer available complete as pictured. I will add some pricing for the individual parts below. Located near Los Alamos New Mexico, for sale is a pile of parts that could be put together to create a f45 cab on a fj80 chassis. I collected these parts as a secondary project while i was looking for parts to complete a similar build. It goes without saying, this is a very special vehicle. I actually tried to purchase it many years ago, I was willing to leverage my underwear but it was too steep. So I acquired it and upon acquisition drove it 1,000 miles home, what a trip it was. At this point in my life I must choose wisely what I keep. What I really want is an HZJ75 Pickup, man would I love to have one! Any questions feel free to ask, I've loved this truck since first seeing it. I have owned FJ40, 45, 80, 470. For Sale 1982 BJ42 SWB excellent original condition

Hi, I have a friend selling his BJ42. This is a rare find as it has spent its last 33 years in his garage. All as original, genuine 263,000 km. Always & still registered but not used often. Ken is the second owner of this Landcruiser and has owned it since it had completed 13,000 km and 1 year old. This is not a rebuild but all original except the weeks and shocks. We are hoping to get $25-30k (as advised by some local enthusiasts) but not really sure it's real value. I am sure the enthusiasts out there know what it is worth.
