grab a receipt for that.... I ant to see what a 100k of work on a cruiser looks like. Must be gold plated heat shielding.

Good, but very sluggish up steep inclines. I'm a new 80 owner, and not sure if that's just characteristic of the 80's or if it's something that can be solved. (I sure as heck couldn't tow something.)
My 80 speeds like a Miata on steroids in mountain roads!

I saw a great looking 40th anniversary edition in antique sage pearl today at the QT on Gold Hill Rd in Fort Mill. I caught the driver's eye as I was in the 40 getting ready for Hurricane Creek. The owner said he just recently got the truck and added the ARB bumpers (rear with swing-out) and roof rack. I'm embarrassed I didn't ask his name or grab a picture but I did tell him about the club and how to find us.
With that set up, shouldn't it have an engine hanging from the stand instead of a missing rear axles and wheels?
