You don't know if you would do a LS swap? Why? Not enough power?
I only say I would re-consider the LS swap now having it done. It's not a power issue or that I am unhappy with the result. But looking at the bigger picture, cost of getting it done, all the modifications needed, and what came out the way I expected vs. something's that I couldn't get 100% the way I liked. You look back on a project like this and consider could I have gotten similar results with a different engine combo,
Maybe staying all Toyota... I dunno couldn't help throwing it out just for consideration.
Anyone doing a swap like this I think would be happy with going the LS path. I have more power then what the drive train can handle now. The nice thing with the land cruiser platform is it is accepting of many different engine combos, diesel, straight 6, V8, etc. LS is just one of many options.
