I vote central Edwin.
I always recommend you to cruiser folks down here south; some think Burnet is already kinda far.

Edwin, the old Cutler Automotive shop at the corner of Burnet Rd and 45th is available. Address is 4416 Burnet Road. It was a full service gas station and garage in the 50's and 60's--2 service bays and an office. There's a For Lease sign in the parking lot. Name on the sign is Ted Wiley, phone no. 750-0600. I don't know if he's the property owner or a realtor.

were going to check both of these out today during lunch.
also an up date on the landlord. the city came out to check site plans and found they were going to try and cut down the BIG old trees out back and put up a wall along the back. the guy told me no way he was going to let that happen. so now they have to go back and redo the plans :>) might of gained me a few more months? so this will give me a little more time to find some thing. i will for sure keep looking cause i know at some time i will be booted out.
thanks again for all the help guys.

well the N.burnet rd shop is WAY out of my price range (around 8K a month) so it's out checking on the S.burnet rd one now.

Is the south Burnet Rd. one the one Lee posted? I think anything on Burnet road is going to be expensive.

I don't think it's the Burnet Rd address, anything listed as commercial is going to be expensive :frown:

Tucker

Cutler Automotive closed in late 2009 and the building has been vacant for almost 2 years. You'd think the property owner would be willing to negotiate on rent, just to generate some cash flow. Seems logical, but of course I have no idea what I'm talking about.

well the broker that Mark set me up with found a place on Gray Blvd. just off of Burnett rd near 183. it has a nice fenced in yard with razor wire and 3 big bay doors and a office. went and looked at it. it's a nice place needs some work but if i can work it out i think i might take it. what do ya'll think about that far north? very easy to get to from i-35, Burnett rd, 183 or Mopac.

just got off the phone with the broker and he is going to see about us getting into it to take a look around. if it works out i could use some help in moving and there will be a nice BBQ & drinks parts AKA move in party also.

Sounds like a good location, and a little closer to Round Rock for you. If I'm in town on your moving date, count me in for helping out.

like all ways when i move i will be getting rid of some of my spair parts. so make sure who ever helps to leave room for some of the spair parts other wise i will be putting them into the dumpster.
