Hello Mudders,
I am looking to buy a 96-97 triple locked 80. Not looking for a total project, as l would love to drive the car home. Standard wants here, minimal rust, clean title, runs and drives, not super modified, preferably less than or around 250k, and neutral colors are always a plus in my book. I am located in Northern California but will travel along the West Coast for the right car. Budget is 20k, any leads or info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

I've got one in Central Texas that has some minor update needs (nothing that impacts drivability), 1995 3xl about 145k. Green on grey. Bone stock minus removing the fender flares. Shoot me a PM if you want any more info

if you're still looking, i have a 93 triple locker i'm thinking about selling, w/~160K miles, 3" OME lift w/ shocks, arb front w/ winch, 35" SSR tires (5), 4:88 regear, Front knuckles rebuilt, no oil leaks (both pans & valve covers redone). Everything works including AC/Heat, owned it for 7+ years now w/clean title.

Might help your hunt widening your net, pretty sure 95 is OBD2 compliant as well. Mine is anyway. May change based on build date.

yes, from the research ive done there was a mid year swap in 1995 to obd2, its just im not really sure when. I figure if someone sees this post they might just comment, and ive been actively scouring the internet and (in person) for potential LCs. So if I see one Im definitely open to it. I just figured for a wanted post it was easier to say 96/97. I appreciate the thoughtfulness though! Someone help me find a rig! haha
