After the glovebox and some vents were removed, you can see where the mounting hardware is under the dash. From there it’s just making sure you don’t mess up

The edge lifted on the left side juuuuust enough for the high temp white to spray UNDER the freaking template

Got some repair work to do in the morning before I get lost in orders.

That looks great. I've heard gray you can still order, but i can't seem to located one anywhere to actually order.

Finally got the #York210 #OBA set up the way I wanted. Just took way longer than expected because so many other pieces needed to be in place first.

The York is of course belt driven but is turned on via a switch on the SwitchPro on the dash. It turns on the clutch which starts the action.

The plumbing goes from the factory air cleaner for clean/filtered air then is compressed and sent to the coelescing filter to have oil and condensation removed. From there it goes thru an unloader (check valve) and into the custom air manifold.

The manifold houses the liquid filled gauge along with the low pressure switch, safety valve, and then is sent out via an air coupler. Eventually it’ll go to an air tank but trying to decide where that should go first.

The cycling is the safety valve and cycling doing its job. If there is an air tank it wouldn’t cycle as often.

At idle it’s about the same CFM as an ARB twin. At about 2000rpm it’s at around 9.5CFM and will air up all four 35s in a few mins per tire

Did a LOT of refreshing on the hood so I figured I'd do a separate thread:

On the turbo test mule the hood needed to be removed so that I get some engine bay work done. Since the hood was out I figured it would be the ideal time to do a ful; refresh to it. The ONLY thing I didn't do to it is repaint it. Otherwise its a full refresh and modification. This is not a...

On the methanol kit, I've got everything worked out but its not quite production ready because its not as bolt-on as I'd like it to be yet. Here is a simple mounting bracket solution for the boost switch. Its a simple hobb's switch. Its adjustable but I'll be setting them all here before they go out. Switch is normally off and once boost hits 2psi it connects to ground which turns on the pump. Let off the gas pedal and the throttle plate closes so no boost so the switch disconnects ground. Its crazy simple.

The issue was just about the mounting of the switch. A simple mount was made and it secures the switch to the unused bracket off the MAF. Works perfectly. I'll be making up a batch of these to go with the eventually kit.

Had a request from a customer to do an install for the WeBoost cell phone booster system. Since I’d never installed one before I figured I’d make the mistakes on my turbo truck first before I screw it up on a customer’s. Glad the turbo was the test mule. Spent way too much time trying to figure out a very clean install. Mounting it in the QPM was the best route.

The inboard antennae was routed to the front of the drawers and the outboard one was mounted to the back of the roof rack.

Special thanks to Dave Schenker and Delta Vehicle Systems for getting three systems out to me so quickly.

Only two things I’d recommend:
1) drilling more mounting holes for the plastic bracket is probably a better idea. I added four more.
2) don’t close the door/hood/hatch on the antenna cable before it’s properly routed

Since you mentioned the routing of the cable, how did you route this one?
